Our Chief Pastry chef (and one of the owners) has 20 years of actual hands-on baking experience, learning his trade in France and several different pastry shops. When he arrived in the U.S. he took his knowledge of baking, mixing, and finishing and combined it with the well known products that we have been making in this country for many years to produce a premier product for your enjoyment.
The quality of ingredients, along with experience and knowledge bring together a product that is indescribably delicious. We use only top of the line ingredients; fresh and unique, our products are a delight to look at, as well as a pleasure to eat.
