Call ahead during our regular business hours and The White Plains Bake Shoppe can customize a cake to your liking. Please provide us with how many people you are looking to serve and we can offer you a variety of tasty fillings and frostings. We can also write anything you would like on top of your cake and we even offer some sugary decorations and flowers that can be added as well. We offer a variety of colors to decorate cakes for both males and females including blue, pink, yellow, lavender, white and chocolate!

We also offer “Edible Images” which can be placed on your cake with any inscription desired. The picture must be provided at least three days before the day the cake is needed and we will make sure to fit the image atop the cake for wonderful presentation.

We sell assorted cookie trays which may include both pareve or dairy cookies ranging from 1.5 to 6 pounds, decorated with colored ribbons of your choice. This is our pareve Lemon cake. This cake features yellow cake, lemon filling and a sweet vanilla buttercream frosting.	This pareve Chocolate Buttercream cake has yellow cake and chocolate buttercream frosting.	Great for kids, this Chocolate Fudge cake has yellow and chocolate fudge filling and frosting. This dessert is also pareve.

This is our New York Style Cheesecake. If ordered ahead of time any fruit can be added to decorate the top of this cake. We also feature a cheesecake with a layer of chocolate on top.	The White and Chocolate mousse cake has one layer of chocolate cake and one layer of yellow cake. It also features one layer of chocolate mousse and one layer of white chocolate mousse. Our variety of assorted cookies changes often, however we always have our shelves filled. You can pick and choose your favorites and purchase as many as you want.	Are you a chocolate lover? This Chocolate Ganache cake features chocolate cake, dark chocolate filling, and a hard chocolate shell as icing.

Love those cannolis? This is a Cannoli filled caked with layers of yellow cake and vanilla buttercream frosting.	This is our Strawberry Shortcake made with fresh strawberries and freshly made whipped cream with yellow cake inside; a favorite for any occasion.	These are Sarah Bernhardts which consist of chocolate mousse with a hard chocolate shell around an almond macaroon cookie, a little dessert with a big taste!

This is our Fruit Tart which is in a cookie dough tart shell filled with vanilla custard. Coconut lines the sides of the tart with fruit layers on the top.
